Low-smoke halogen-free electrical products were developed to provide additional protection to constructions. The material provides special features to meet increased fire safety requirements, such as low smoke, flame retardant and halogen free.

- During fire, the halogen free conduits and fittings, will reduce dense smoke, ensure better visibility of escape routes.
- In the event of a fire, no toxic and corrosive gases are released during the combustion process, protecting the human body and
the environment.
- It has wider working temperature range(-45°C to +120°C), and still ensure great properties like high impact resistance.
 

Features

- Material: low smoke zero halogen
- Flame retardant. V0 rated, self-extinguishing within 5 seconds, do not support combustion.
- Resistant to UV, long term outdoor durability.
- Impact resistant. Mechanical protection for durability against compression and impact forces.
- Corrosion resistance: Resistant to acids, bases and salts, assuring a lower maintenance cost and a longer performance life.
- Uniform wall thickness. The conduit's smooth interior surface reduces friction and prevents damage to wires when pulling wire and conductors for long runs and even through 90° bends.
- Light Weight. Easy to load, easy to transport, and easy to handle. Installers prefer it because it goes into the ground quickly, thus saving on installation costs.
