- This is Ctube PPR double-layer ceramic core health pipe, specially designed for hot and cold water supply systems. It is widely used in residential housing, commercial buildings, hotels, office buildings, pure drinking water pipelines and general plumbing projects.
- What is the structural feature of the double-layer design? What are the functions of inner and outer layers respectively?
- It adopts co-extruded double-layer integrated structure. The inner layer is white ceramic-effect ultra-high density layer, with smooth surface like ceramic, which reduces water flow friction, prevents scale and biofilm adhesion; the outer green layer has excellent light shielding and oxygen isolation performance, effectively inhibiting algae growth inside the pipe and realizing double protection for water quality.
- What is the flow performance of the pipe? Will the pipeline reduce water flow?
- It adopts full-bore design matching with supporting fittings. The inner diameter is uniform from pipe to fittings, with zero flow loss and large water flow volume, which can meet the water demand of large-flow water supply scenarios.
- Are the product quality and performance tested professionally?
- Products pass strict tests such as long-term hydrostatic pressure test, high and low temperature cycle test and antibacterial test.
